This was a DOE Zero Energy Ready Certified Home, ENERGY STAR Certified, with Universal Design elements. We won our first DOE Housing Innovation Award in the Affordable category.
Major Features: SIPs, Colored Concrete Floors, Universal Design, Zero Energy Ready.
Next iteration was bigger and concrete block
