Updated every 1-2 years, we are constantly improving our new construction home that we build.
The 2023 Model is great for both long term or short term rentals and ideal for a long term investment. We've tried to think of everything to keep our investment home low maintenance, keep tenants happy, and reduce turn around time between tenants.
